Located on the Ararat Plantation in Goose Creek, South Carolina on the outskirts of Charleston. The Community has 338 sites for manufactured housing and selected sites for RV's. On the property is our newly constructed gated Oaks of Sunrise section.

Oaks of Sunrise Gated EntranceGated Section

Our newest addition. Constructed in 2004 this section can only be accessed by folks with the correct security code. The sites can accomodate any size manufactured home presently on the market and still have a nice size yard. A really beautiful addtion to Sunrise with over 100 live oak trees with an age over 200 years. A must see!
